Established in 2024, our mission is to craft small-batch, artisanal beer of exceptional quality. With an unwavering passion and creative flair, we infuse every brew with the essence of camaraderie, believing that beer is more than a beverage—it's a catalyst for social connection."

"Embarked on my brewing journey at the age of 15,
experimenting with wine, beer, and cider crafted from vegetables, albeit yielding undrinkable vinegar-like results. Since those early days, I'm proud to say we've come a long way. Transitioning from my career in emergency services since 2000, I've redirected my passion to serve people through the art of
crafting exceptional-tasting beer with medicinal qualities."

I realised it was time to share my own product with the world. With a deep-seated passion for beer, I've consistently gravitated towards crafting unique and intriguing brews. After years of experimenting with homebrewing in the garage, the moment arrived to bring our beer to tap. When the opportunity emerged to establish ourselves within the picturesque Tusmore Estate, it was the perfect moment to turn this dream into reality."

Our trusty canine oversees all brewery operations—with the exception of the all-important taste testing, of course! While others may have their BrewDogs, our BrewHound brings her own special warmth and character to our craft."

Our goal is to transition our brewery to operate solely on green energy, ensuring that sustainability is woven into every aspect of our operation. "We harness the natural resources beneath our feet at Twisted Tree Brewery, using a well located beneath the floor of our brewery to make our beer. Through our on-site water treatment and recovery systems, we recycle water back into the local water table, ensuring a sustainable approach that minimises our environmental impact. By responsibly managing our water usage, we not only conserve this precious resource but also contribute to the health of our surrounding community and ecosystem."
